Why Uzbekistan

Why here, and not the Philippines or India?

It is the first question every buyer asks, so we answer it directly rather than burying it. Four reasons, each with something you can check.

  • C2Target CEFR level

English selected and taught by IELTS and TOEFL instructors

Fluent English is common in Tashkent. C2 English is not, so we test for it rather than assume it, then keep training it afterwards. Every agent is scored against the same rubric we use in an exam room, and the recordings on the home page are what that standard actually sounds like.

Both founders teach IELTS and TOEFL professionally. Assessing English is the job they already do.

  • UTC+5Tashkent time

A working day that overlaps the UK and the EU end to end

Our day starts before London wakes up and ends in the middle of their afternoon, so questions get answered the same day instead of the next one. Continental Europe overlaps almost the entire working day.

Roughly five hours of shared working time with London, and a full working day with continental Europe. We do not claim US coverage on standard hours.

  • NewOutsourcing market

A market nobody has drained yet

Uzbekistan has almost no outsourcing industry. That sounds like a weakness and is not: the strongest English speakers in the country are not already working three shifts for someone else, so an offer from us competes on merit rather than on being the fourth one this month.

In mature BPO markets the strongest candidates already have three offers. Here they do not.

  • ThousandsGraduates each year

A steady supply of university graduates

Tashkent has a large and fast-growing university population, and English-medium programmes have expanded sharply over the past decade. The number of graduates who can hold a real commercial conversation in English gets bigger every year.

Working hours

When we are at our desks, so are you.

Local 09:00–18:00 for each city, plotted on a single UTC axis. The shaded band is the time we share with London.

New York overlap on standard hours is effectively nil. If you need US coverage we run a shifted schedule — say so on the call and we will price it honestly.

Judge the English yourself before you judge the country.

Three unedited recordings sit on the home page. Fifteen seconds settles it faster than this page can.
