Selection, training and management are part of the service.
You do not need a pile of CVs. You need an operator who can work your process and represent your brand reliably. Our hiring approach combines practical communication assessments, role-play, client-specific training and continued quality management.
- 01
English and initial suitability screen
Candidates submit a voice sample and complete a structured screening. We evaluate intelligibility, listening, speaking confidence, reliability and the requirements of the target role.
- 02
Recorded interview and situational assessment
Shortlisted applicants take part in a live English interview and scenario questions. Where a role is sales-focused, we assess follow-up questions, rejection handling and judgment; support-oriented roles emphasize resolution and empathy.
- 03
Verification and fit
We review applicable background and reference information with candidate consent and according to local law. Client requirements and any regulated-campaign restrictions are checked before assignment.
- 04
Client workflow training
Selected operators learn the approved offer, scripts, systems, escalation routes and quality scorecard. Training length depends on readiness and complexity; our standard programme may take up to 10–12 days, with additional specialist requirements where needed.
- 05
Fast deployment when ready
Preselected or already trained operators may be deployable much faster than a newly hired team. We will state the availability, preparation already completed, remaining training, and earliest responsible go-live date in each written proposal.
- 06
QA after launch
Training does not stop when the first call goes live. Our supervisors and implementation/QA team review outcomes, coach against agreed standards, report on KPIs and coordinate continuity if staffing changes.
“Our founders are former instructors of internationally recognized English tests. Assessing language is our former profession; evaluating people is how we apply it today.”
