How we handle the personal data you send us through this website — what we keep, for how long, and how to have it deleted.

1. Who we are
StellaCore is an outsourcing company registered in Uzbekistan with its office in Tashkent. Registered company name, address and registration number to be confirmed by the client before launch.
For any question about this policy or about your data, write to the address in section 9.
2. What we collect and why
Contact form: your name, email address, company name and message. We use these to answer your enquiry.
Savings calculator: your email address, optional name, and the two figures you entered. We use these to send you the calculation and to follow up about it.
Job application: your name, email address, phone number, English level, optional test score, a link to your voice sample and your CV file. We use these to assess your application.
Every submission also stores technical details — IP address, browser user agent, the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link you followed.
3. Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting a form. The box is never pre-ticked.
We record the fact and the exact time that consent was given, alongside your submission.
4. How long we keep it
IP addresses are erased from every record after 30 days.
Job applications marked as rejected are deleted, together with the CV file, after 12 months.
All other job applications are deleted, together with the CV file, after 24 months.
Business enquiries marked as lost are deleted after 24 months.
Deletion runs automatically on a daily schedule. It is not a manual promise.
5. CV files
CV files are stored in private storage that is not readable from the public internet. They cannot be reached by guessing a URL.
Only signed-in StellaCore staff can download a CV, and every download is logged with the staff member, the file and the time.
8. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely.
A deletion request removes every record matching your email address across both our enquiry and application records, including any uploaded file. We action these within 30 days.
You may also withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already took place.

If you are in the UK or the EU and you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
